1. What is PoinX?
   Each day PoinX send you an e-mail with one exclusive Deal on services or products of your city. We assure to Shops a minimum number of purchases and so we are able to get an extremely attractive price with savings from 50% to 90%. The more people buy the offer, the easier to reach the common goal is. In other words, Buy together. Get the Deal.
2. How should I know when the service starts?
   Subscribe to the newsletter and we will inform you when the service is operative in your city
3. What can I do to get the deal?
   In order to get the deal a minimum number of purchasers must be reached. The more people are involved in the purchase, the easier to get the deal is.
4. How can I buy a deal which is interesting for me?
   Just click 'buy' before the deal ends and introduce the requested data. In order to demonstrate your real engagement in the collective buying group, you will be asked to pay with your credit card. If the minimum number of purchasers is not reached, the transaction on your credit card will be canceled. On the contrary, if the purchase is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to print your voucher.
5. What happens if I buy the deal but it doesn't reach its required minimum number of purchasers?
   No problem: the deal is canceled and the transaction on your credit card is canceled too. Without any costs.
6. Why is it necessary a required minimum number of purchasers?
   Because in this way we can offer our users some conditions that otherwise woul be unreacheable with a high-quality service.
7. Where are my personal data?
   The only personal datum that we give to the Business is your name, according to the regulations in force about Privacy (Click here).
8. Can I use my credit card on PoinX without risk?
   Your credit card data are transmitted by SSL directly to the Bank server, according to the safety directives of on-line payment systems. PoinX accepts all the commonest credit cards.
9. I bought a coupon. Do I have to use it on the date of purchase?
   No, you don't. Coupons are valid from the day after the deal has been closed.
10. Now I got the coupon, how can I use it?
    It is simple. As soon as your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the page of your coupon. This coupon contains all instructions to use it. Just print it and show it to the shopkeeper.
11. How long can I use the coupon?
    Each offer is different one from the other. Check the conditions of use of the coupon, which are shown on the Deal's page and are written on the coupon itself. Lots of them are valid for months, so you can use it whenever you like, but remember to check the expiry date of the voucher!
12. Can I buy a coupon as a gift for someone else?
    Yes, you can. All our coupons can be gifted, so, unless the Conditions of Use specifically state otherwise, gift away and be generous with your firends! Select the option 'Buy as a Gift' and we will send the gift whoever you want.
13. If I don't use the full value of the coupon in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
    No. Unless the Conditions of Use state otherwise, you can't use partially the coupons: you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.
14. Can I combine my coupon with other offers?
    No, you can't, unless the conditions of Use specifically state otherwise.
15. What if I change my mind and I don't want the coupon anymore?
    PoinX assures you the return and refund policy, according to ex artt. 64 e ss. del d.lgs 206/2005. Beginning from the online availability of the coupon, you have 15 days time to exert return and refund policy. W will accept to return every kind of coupon offering refunds for the whole amount of the coupon.
16. What if the business closes down before I can use my coupon?
    If the business closes down before the expiration date of the coupon, you will be refunded of the whole amount of the coupon.
17. In my city there are no deals yet. When will PoinX be in my city?
    We are working on it. The more people subscribe to the newsletter for a specific city, the harder we work to open new cities. So subscribe now and invite your friends too.
18. I know a beautiful business which must be on your website. What can I do?
    You can suggest businesses of your city anytime. Fill in the form Suggest a Business. Or tell the business to contact us.

20. How does it work 'Invite a friend'?
    It's very easy: invite a friend to subscribe to PoinX and if he makes a purchase in 72 hours time, we will credit 7 £ to your account.
    Credit will be available in your Personal Area 'My Credits' only after the deal in which your friends took part has been successfully closed, and it could be used to make purchases on PoinX within 60 days. Invite now your friends on PoinX
